WAVES

Lin Chau is a multidisciplinary artist based in Scotland. Her practice is underpinned by her connection to the world and her environment–be it social, political, or geographical–that she finds herself within. Much of her recent work is concerned with displacement and the passing of time. In addition to drawing as the core of her practice, Chau works with a variety of media from installation to printmaking, continually exploring new creative techniques that invite viewers to consider diverse ways of looking at the interaction of places and landscapes. Chau graduated with a Master of Letters in Fine Art Practice from Sculpture & Environmental Art and a Bachelor of Fine Art (Hons) from The Glasgow School of Art.
